Turning Tools F Distance

In ToolStore, you can now set the F Distance for Turn and Bore turning tools.

For the Turn type, this is the distance between the edge of the insert and the back of the shank.

For the Bore type, this is the distance between the edge of the insert and the centre of the shank.

This also means that tool graphics now more accurately represent the tool.
