and index station prior to sub-spindle docking.
Note that you need to insert any required Synchronise Turrets commands - these are not automatically inserted.
If a park instruction is not immediately followed by a move to toolchange on that same turret, you use the Turret Unpark command to generate a move to the toolchange position.
Turret parking is supported by new machine parameter settings and code constructors in Code Wizard, and a new macro in Code Generator. For detailed information, see Code Wizard and Code Generator changes.
Turret parking moves will be simulated in Edgecam Simulator.
Safe Turret Parking is available on all system licenses that include sub-spindle functionality, that is on Advanced Turning and above, also Advanced Production and above.
